Travel Diary: Tokyo @ Late January

First blog post hurrae~ I'll be posting here (when I have the time and don't get lazy) travel experiences, wig/lens review, or whatever I feel like. Feel free to read or not read. :3

Note: Not everything is written in chronological order. Also, graphics-heavy ahead ^^;; All photos are from my phone or my mom's. Please do not use them without our permission. :3

---

Sooo we traveled via ANA (All Nippon Airways). I checked prices and all the airlines have relatively the same price range when travelling to Japan. What I've seen though is that ANA includes food, movie and free check-in baggage in their offer which is awesome! *o*

You can choose from either Japanese or other-style food. I chose the Japanese one on the way to JP and some curry on the way back to PH. Also, they offer you drinks through-out the whole travel too. It was a very nice experience~ 10/10 would fly again. XD

They serve snacks too :3

---

We didn't travel much by train because we had so much things to carry (cosplay stuff). Taxis are really expensive here though. So train is really recommended and you can go anywhere using the trains anyway~

Also I found out that it's still the winter season in JP around January and February so yeah it's really cold so I would recommended bringing a down jacket. (Or you would be forced to buy here which is also quite expensive XD)

Pretty taxi seat cover XD

Thank you Tajiri-san for the Kitty mask!

Oh, I'm wearing a wig on the second pic! Looks natural right? o_o; It's my favorite fashion wig at the moment and I might do a wig review of it soon~ :3 It's actually a cosplay wig and the brand is something not everyone likes that much but yeah it surprised me when I saw it in person. :o

Favorite lens (at the moment) on the first pic too! Pretty purple that doesn't look creepy or what-not. :3

---

View from a very high residence tower~ So purdeh. Okay I'm sorry I forgot what this town is called. :c I just know it's a downtown kind of place. You can see Sky Tree from here too!

---

Came to Shibuya and took a bit of pictures~ It looks like a busy place. I didn't get too explore much because we were busy people too. ._. Anyway there's this place where they serve really nice tori-don. Although I forgot to take a picture of the food and the place. Huhu sorry I'm not very helpful.

---

Aside from Shibuya, we also came to Akihabara. Again, I didn't get to take pictures cause we were busy. ._. But we did find these interesting people! Real life Mario and Luigi Kart!! :O

We followed them just so we could say hi! XD

---

Snooww~ We were very lucky that we saw snow in Tokyo. :o They said it's really rare like 1-3 times a year only. :o It's my first time seeing and touching snow even if it's just a bit. :3

---

We were supposed to go in the Sky Tree but then the line was really long and it was also the day we were going to go back to PH so we couldn't afford it. So here's a photo of me just beside it. D:

Very windy and cold~

---

Soo this is the place we went to where we weren't busy so I could take lots of photos! Asakusa Temple. :)

--
So this smokey thing works like a healing kind of thing where you have to make the smoke blow to where you want to be healed (ex. head for headaches, etc). Be careful not to get it in your eyes though, it's kinda painful. (Not that it got in mine ahueahuea)

--
Be careful of this prettiful thing! So it's like a ride where you can go around Asakusa with a person pulling it. Our friend told us that some tourists just ride without asking the price, then when the 30-min -ish tour is over, you have to pay the wooping price of 10,000yen!! :O Which is around 4k php ish?! Well, if you can afford it then why not. It's a once in a lifetime experience (and payment). :3

--
Some side shops in Asakusa!

This takoyaki is served really hot so be careful not to get burnt :o (not like I did ahuehuaehua)

Benenene

Kitty shrine things~

---

Don Quixote @ Roppongi! So while paying for our souveneirs, there's this box with lots of 1 yen coins. They said you could use it anytime you dont have the exact amount. :o Pretty cool and convenient~

---

Some shops inside the airport~

Kitty + Ghibli~

Dat Kitty umbrella I've been looking for!! D:<

Attack On Titan costume from Cospa! They got lotsa costumes there but quite expensive. o_o; (around 5kphp for cloth type/school unifs~)

---

Some food I ate. Because I always forget to take a picture cause I instantly eat them. I'm sarreh. :(

I just had to eat Tomyam (Thai-food) cause it's one of my fave and I always eat it at Malaysia whenever I visit my bf *u*;

Beli yummy dessert QQ I forgot what the place is called. I'm sorry :( I just know it's French-themed.

So yeaaah, not much pic of Japanese food. o_o;

---

People I've met. Nice to meet you all. ^^~

Music team!! ^^v~

Very friendly yahoo JP music~

"Why did you come to Japan? / Youは何しに日本へ?" TV Crew~ I don't know if they'll ever air our episode but I hope they do. *^* (Though I think they wont ;A;)

RareJob @ JP

J-grab which made this trip possible!!

So yeah, J-grab was the one who made this trip and everything else possible so thank you very much to them and the people we've worked with!

Also, I'm wearing the same black wig in all these pictures. :D

Hauls/gifts from Tokyo~

Thank you again everyone! Till next time, Japan! -- Which is next week actually. My family has planned this trip from last year and it so happened that both these trips only have a week in between them. OuO;; Hopefully I can take more food and place pictures cause I wouldn't be busy!~
